During your initial consultation, we will evaluate the general health of your feet. This will include an assessment of your skin and nails, an evaluation of your posture, as well as looking at the circulation in your feet and legs.

We will then formulate the best course of action. Treatment, if appropriate, will be provided, and advice will be given on any follow-up procedures that may be required.

Routine appointments focused on ongoing general treatment and assessment.

This in depth Biomechanical Assessment includes the following:

• gait analysis using Run 3d high technology motion cameras
• Assessment of muscle strength and range of motion in the joints including hip, knee and ankle joints
• use of PODOsmart technology. Special insoles will be inserted in your shoes while you walking and information of your gait will be transferred to computer for precise gait analysis.
• 3D scan of your feet will be taken regardless whether you need custom orthotics or not

If custom made orthotics are agreed as treatment plan additional cost of £200.00 will be added to the cost of the assessment. For this assessment you will need to bring shorts and comfortable shoes preferably trainers. It is also advisable you bring a range of shoes (to aid your assessment) that you wear on every day basis.

This treatment includes a 3D scan of the foot and a full biomechanical assessment (foot structure and an assessment of the patient’s walking/running). This appointment is available only after initial consultation and is recommended for patients suffering from foot, heel and lower leg pain.

If required, we are also able to produce bespoke orthotics at an additional cost of £200.
